ゆふいん山水館では万が一の災害に対して日ごろから万全の準備をしてお客様をお迎えしております。災害はいつどこで起こるか分からないものですが、日ごろの備えによって有事の際にも私どもができる限りの力でお客様の安全を確保いたしますので、安心して当館をご利用ください。

Sansuikan Safety Measures 
Although disasters are not foreseeable, what we can do is to be ready in any situation. At Yufuin Sansuikan, we are prepared and trained regularly in case of any emergency that might occur in on our property. The safety of our guests is our priority. Please be assured that you can spend your valuable time with us safely and smoothly.

●定期的に避難訓練を実施しております
総合訓練を年2回、AEDを含む救命訓練を全社員が受講。総合訓練では初期消火、通報、避難誘導を実施いたしております。

Regular Evacuation Drills
Comprehensive trainings are conducted twice every year for all employees. The trainings include lifesaving and operation of automated external defibrillator machines (AED), basic fire extinguishing and leading an evacuation.

●防災設備について
AED設置。消防法にもとづいた消火器、消火栓の適切な設置。非常階段3基。防火区画を整理し感知器連動の防火扉を設置。非常設備以外のエレベーター、照明にも非常用発電設備を完備いたしております。

Fire-Prevention Equipment
AED machine and, complying with Fire Service Act, fire extinguisher and fire hydrant are properly installed, with three emergency exits and stairs.

●医療体制について
総合病院が2分ほどの距離にございます。
町内の病院施設も充実しており、救急の受け入れ病院も近接しております。

Medical Attention
General Hospital is located only two minutes away. Other hospital and medical facilities in town are also there to response to emergency situation.

●熊本地震の際の対応について
4月16日深夜に発生した地震により当館も施設の損傷と、電気・水道・ガスの供給が途絶える事態になりましたが、当直の従業員に社員寮と近隣在住の社員が加わり対応にあたりました。
訓練にもとづいた速やかなお客様の安全確認と指定避難所等への適切な誘導を行い、翌朝、移動困難となったお客様を交通が確保できる場所まで送迎し、130名のお客様全員をお怪我なくお見送りさせていただくことができました。
この経験をすべての従業員に浸透し、さらなる安全への取り組みを進めていく所存です。

Regarding recent earthquake in Kumamoto and our response
Late night of April, 16th, a big earthquake has occurred with epicenter in Kumamoto Prefecture. As the ground was shaken, the hotel facilities were damaged, as well as the electricity, water supply and gas were cut off. However, the staffs in duty and the ones who live nearby had responded to the emergency as they had been trained. Our staffs were able to control the situation and guided all 130 guests to safety ground, and able to send everyone off to their safe destinations and transportation hubs the next day. This was a valuable experience for our staffs to learn how to react in emergency situation, and with that we seek to improve our safety measures for the better.
